In a successful operation, the Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended two Bangladeshi nationals, including a 13-year-old minor, in Vaishnabpur Tilabari area and handed them over to Sabroom police station. The incident came to light based on secret information received by the BSF.
The arrests are linked to recent cases of gold jewellery thefts reported from Banamalipur and Dhaleshwar on December 20 and 29 last year. Numerous complaints of thefts from various locations prompted a thorough investigation by the police.
