Tripura along with the rest of the nation on Tuesday celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel through a series of programmes.

In a bizarre incident, a puja pandal along with durga idols burnt into ashes after fire engulfed the Blood Sun Club here at Agartala Abhoynagar area on Wednesday. The incident triggered panic among the locals, club authorities and the puja organisers.
