Voting for bypolls in Madhya Pradesh's Budhni and Vijaypur was underway under heavy security by police personnel and allegations of booth capturing at several places. 

Voting for bypolls on the two Assembly seats of Budhni and Vijaypur began amid tight security at 7:30 A.M. and will conclude by 7 P.M. even as several Congress leaders were allegedly detained by the police in Vijaypur.
