Eight terror handlers from J&K have been declared proclaimed offenders by a court in Uri following an application moved by the Baramulla Police.

After former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah conceded defeat in the Lok Sabha elections on Tuesday, another ex-CM, Mehbooba Mufti also accepted defeat in J&K.
