Various political parties and Civil Society Organisations (CSO) in Manipur on Saturday told the visiting CPI-M delegation that "due to the far reaching conspiracies of the BJP-RSS, the ethnic violence erupted in the state". 

“A large number of tourists visited the state last year and most of them were foreign tourists among them,” he said, adding that pictures always speak and it needs no explanation. People can be appealed to through their photography, he said.
