To crack engineering and medical entrance examinations, as many as 1345 aspiring candidates on Sunday appeared for the Tripura government’s Super-30 examination – 2022.
The examination was held at 25 centres here at Agartala conducted jointly by the School Education Department and the Tripura State Board of Education and Research.
According to the merit list of this selective examination 30 eligible students will be given opportunity for the academic year 2022-23.
The department of School Education had launched the Super 30 scheme with a target to extend financial aid to the students aspiring to crack engineering and medical entrance examinations and also to provide training for two years of JEE / NEET preparation to students who have passed the 10th class board examination.
The scheme would involve an estimate of Rs. 72 lakhs per annum with Rs. 2.40 lakhs for each candidate. In the subsequent year, an estimated amount of Rs. 1.44 crores would be involved for the scheme.
