1827 voters join Tipra Motha leaving CPIM

AGARTALA:

In a significant political development in Kurti Kadamtala as many as 1827 voters have joined Tipra Motha leaving CPIM.

Md. Sentu Mia spearheaded the major defection from the CPI(M) as 1,827 individuals from 410 families embraced the ideology of Royal Scion Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma and joined the TIPRA Motha party today.

The event marks a pivotal shift in the region's political landscape, with promises of a larger joining event in the future, led by Maharaja himself.

Today's joining ceremony saw the presence of TIPRA Citizens Federation President Ranjan Sinha, General Secretary Md. Sentu Mia, along with Mamun Mia Mubarak Hossain, Suhel Poddar, and other key leaders.

The leaders expressed optimism about TIPRA Motha's growing influence in the region and the prospects of further expansion in the coming days.
