In a big jolt to the opposition CPI-M party ahead of the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, at least 274 voters from 88 families in Belonia joined the ruling BJP party on Tuesday in presence of the BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee.
Welcoming the newly joined voters, the party chief Rajib Bhattacharjee claimed that the BJP will rule Tripura along with the rest of the nation till 2047 as there is no alternative to the BJP. He said, “The party in Tripura is working to ensure Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister of India for the third term.”
“PM Modi has shown due respect to the people of Sanatan Dharma by inaugurating the Ram Mandir. PM Modi is set to become Prime Minister for the third time, and no one can stop this as the people have already decided,” he said, adding that the I.N.D.I.A bloc which was contemplating to oust BJP from power is on the verge of extinction now.
He said, “The I.N.D.I.A bloc has vanished, as there is a Modi wave everywhere, and there will be no alternative to PM Modi. Until 2047, only the BJP will rule the country and the state, and no one can challenge that.”
He appealed to the newly joined voters to work diligently for the party and ensure 2 Lotuses for PM Modi in the ensuing Lok Sabha election.
