Assam Rifles continuing its commitment to the health and welfare of local population, especially women, organized a special lecture by gynaecologist and health checkup session at Radhanagar on 16 September 2024. The session was conducted by renowned gynaecologist Dr. Pampa Debbarma from Unakoti Hospital, who provided valuable insights into women’s health, maternal care, and preventive healthcare measures.
The event was attended by families of Assam Rifles personnel as well as civilians. Dr Pampa Debbarma's lecture focused on the importance of regular health checkups, addressing common gynaecological issues, and raising awareness about women's reproductive health. Following the lecture, Dr. Debbarma conducted personalized health checkups, offering consultations and medical advice to the participants. The interactive session allowed families to ask questions and receive expert guidance in a comfortable environment.
