The ruling BJP on Tuesday slammed the then Left front government in Tripura over the most talked about 10323 job scam and stated that the present BIP-led coalition government is working to ensure corruption free recruitment in the state so that no pre job aspirants like that of 10323 teachers suffer in future.
Addressing a press conference here at the party headquarter at Agartala, the party spokesperson Subrata Chakraborty said, “At a time when the government released the JRBT merit lists of 1980 aspirants as part of its transparent recruitment drive, the former opposition CPI-M is accusing government over submission of false PRTC and allowing outsiders to participate in the state’s recruitment process.”
“Before releasing the JRBT merit lists, the government in its cabinet decision has mandated PRTC of state citizens for government recruitments. I challenge the CPI-M to prove their allegation so that government can take necessary step against those who submitted false PRTC,” he told reporters.
He said, “We have been the witness of series of corruption in recruitment drive of the then Left front government, which involves the innocent 10323 teachers. The Left front was indulged in corruption in many fields and now they are putting fingers on the present government is working to ensure transparent recruitment for all.”
