Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Monday inaugurated a blood donation camp organized by the office of AMC ward no 39 at Arundhuti Nagar.
Mayor Dipak Majumder, local MLA Mina Rani Sarkar and several other leaders of the BJP remained present in the blood donation camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said, “The G20 science summit has paved a new way for the state’s growth and development. Our state will get a global publicity as we have been honored with the prestigious position to host the science conclave. We want to showcase our art culture and rich heritage at the global platforms available”.
Apart from the blood donation camp, the Chief Minister also inaugurated an open gym and AD Nagar Coaching Center. As many as 13 persons have donated blood in the camp.
