The troops of Border Security Force in a joint operation with the department of customs seized at least 220 kgs of ganja worth Rs. 33 lakh on Friday
The BSF in its press communiqué on Friday stated that the ganjas were seized from a house in Jalaibari in West Tripura district.
In another such operation on Thursday last in the area of Border outpost in Karamtilla near Kalachera, the BSF troops seized a big consignment of clothing items worth Rs. 48,25,500 loaded in a vehicle and detained one in this case, the press communiqué stated.
