The Bhavans Tripura Vidya Mandir welcomed the tiny tots to the new academic year of the school curricula and held an initiation programme on May 1 last.
The initiation programme was held to mark the beginning of a new academic year for the tiny-tots, who just stepped into the world of education of the school.
President of Agartala Press Club Jayanta Bhattacharjee accompanied by Asst. Professor Dept of Bengali, Tripura University Dr Malay Deb, Director Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Dr G V Subramanian, Retd. IFS and Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Debashish Chakraborty, Principal Swapna Shome and Head Mistress of BTVM Pompi Majumder among others were present in the programme.
Addressing the program, Principal Swapna Shome highlighted the role of joint contribution of the parents and teachers and their responsibilities in shaping a child's personality.
