At a time when tension flared in Nandigram, where woman worker of the BJP was killed and seven others were injured after they were attacked on Wednesday night, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Thursday held the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal for the incident and alleged that TMC has adopted politics of terror from the CPI(M).
CM Dr Manik Saha, who is presently staying in West Bengal for poll campaign on Thursday said, “It is a matter of great sadness. This is a government of anarchy, and the party is no different. They have inherited this behavior from the Communists. I condemn this, and the culprits should be arrested at the earliest.”
Tensions flared in Nandigram in West Bengal’s Purba Medinipur district on Thursday, hours after a woman worker of the BJP was killed and seven others were injured after being attacked on Wednesday night, days before the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections in the state.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saka continued slamming the TMC and claimed that people of Bengal has decided to end the misrule of the TMC. People of Bengal will give a befitting reply to the misrule of the TMC, he said.
