Dipak Majumder, the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) nominated candidate for the 7th Ramnagar assembly constituency, commenced his door-to-door campaigning with fervor on Monday morning, starting from Meher Kalibari in the capital.
Majumder, while interacting with residents, diligently highlighted the transformative initiatives undertaken by the Narendra Modi-led government over the past decade. His outreach efforts aimed to resonate with the electorate, emphasizing the government's achievements and its impact on their lives.
In an interview with the media following his campaign, Majumder expressed his optimism, noting the enthusiastic response received from the populace during his interactions. He remarked on the palpable excitement among the people as the elections draw near, attributing it to the anticipation surrounding the democratic process and the opportunity for positive change.
"I am overwhelmed by the warm reception from the people during my door-to-door visits. Their happiness, particularly with regard to my candidacy, is truly heartening. There's a sense of anticipation and eagerness among the community as we approach the elections," Majumder stated confidently.
