The BJP candidate for the West Tripura Parliamentary constituency and former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Friday casted his vote at Udaipur English Medium Higher Secondary School and appealed for major participation in the holy festival of democracy to ensure developed India.
After casting his vote Deb interacted with the reporters and said, “I appeal to the people of this state to ensure 100% voting and make Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of this country for the third consecutive term.”
“I also appeal to the people to help Narendra Modi build a developed India through voting in maximum amount,” Deb told reporters.
Meanwhile, Deb on Friday castigated the Congress and the CPI(M) and said that people of this state had rejected the unholy alliance between the Congress and CPI(M) and hence they are unable to gain people’s trust.
Before participating in the electoral process, Deb visited the Tripurasundari Temple in Udaipur and sought the blessings.
