The East Agartala Police on Friday detained four accused persons with a factory made 9 mm pistol and 30 live rounds.
The detained youths are identified as Bibanta Debbarma (37), Rabindra Debbarma (32) who are residents of Takarjala, Raju Saha (37) of Bankumari and another Jayanta Debnath (38) of Chandrapur in Agartala. Police also recovered 8 pouch packets containing 96 gms suspected to be Heroin.
The youths were detained from a rented house near Town Hall here at Agartala.
Further interrogation is going on to unearth the fact and a specific case under appropriate sections is being taken for further lawful action, police said.
