The procession commenced at the revered Ujjayanta Palace, winding through various streets of the capital, and concluding at the picturesque Heritage Park. This symbolic journey aimed to highlight Tripura's rich tourism heritage, emphasizing its crucial role in fortifying the state's economy.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Chowdhury reiterated the state government's dedication to creating a conducive environment for tourism. He underscored the pivotal role tourism plays in driving Tripura towards self-sufficiency.
Chowdhury outlined the key objectives of the padayatra, which included promoting awareness about the state's cultural and historical treasures, as well as aligning development goals with the tourism industry.
