Governor-designate for the state of Tripura Indra Sena Reddy Nallu is accorded a warm ceremonial reception by the state government at the Raj Bhawan in Agartala on Wednesday.
Reddy arrived here at Agartala MBB airport on Wednesday noon, where the Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha accompanied by the officials of the state administration had escorted him to the Raj Bhavan.
The Tripura Governor-designate Indra Sena Reddy Nallu will be sworn in at the Raj Bhavan on Thursday morning in the presence of the members of the state cabinet, High Court judges, director general of police, and top officials of the state administration.
His predecessor Satyadeo Narain Arya, who served as the head of the state from July 2021, was accorded farewell and his last ceremonial guard of honour Monday last. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha was present on the occasion and wished the outgoing Governor good health and long life.
