Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Electronics and Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar would arrive in the state tomorrow on a three-day visit.
During the visit, he will visit Ambassa in the Dhalai district and Krishnapur and Khowai in the Khowai district and will hold meetings with people from various walks of life including party leaders and workers.
During the visit, the Union Minister will hold meetings with representatives of business organizations and representatives of the People's Beneficiary Conference. He will also visit the Bikash Tirtha Agartala-Bangladesh rail project, which has been largely completed on both sides. After this rail link, the travel time between Agartala and Kolkata will be reduced from 31 hours to 10 hours.
Rajeev Chandrasekhar will also speak to the media about the 9 years of success of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi government. This is the second official visit of Rajiv Chandrasekhar. The minister will return to Delhi on June 7.
