In a bid to bolster power services in Tripura, the state government is making strides with the installation of new power stations aiming to provide improved electricity services. Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath conveyed this commitment during his visit to the offices of Vidyut Nigam, Tripura Power Transmission Limited and Capital Complex in Banmalipur and Baradoali Division.
Minister Nath, while appreciating the dedicated efforts of officials, engineers and power department employees noted their relentless work from Durga Puja to Diwali, ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the festive season. He extended gratitude to the workforce associated with the 1912 service for their contributions.
Highlighting the indispensable nature of electricity, Minister Nath urged citizens to use power judiciously and refrain from unnecessary wastage. He acknowledged that the collaborative efforts of the state government had played a crucial role in maintaining a consistent power supply.
Expressing optimism for the future, Nath emphasized the importance of collective cooperation among engineers, officials, and workers in the power department. He voiced confidence that, with their combined efforts, Tripura would continue to enjoy uninterrupted electricity services.
