A review meeting is scheduled to take place on September 22 regarding the smooth organization of the upcoming Mayer Gomon Carnival in Agartala.
Necessary initiatives are being undertaken by the concerned departments to ensure the successful completion of the carnival. In this regard, a preparatory meeting was held on September 8, chaired by Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha, in the presence of Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor and MLA Dipak Majumder, along with representatives from various Puja Committees/Clubs and officials of the concerned departments.
According to a press release, "A review meeting will be held on September 22 at 3 pm at Muktadhara Auditorium with Puja Committees/Clubs and officials from various departments in Agartala and adjoining areas to assess the steps taken to organize the carnival."
