The felicitation ceremony took place at Gitanjali Hall in Ranirbazar.
During his address at the ceremony, Chowdhury emphasized the importance of not only taking care of oneself but also striving to do something beneficial for society and the country as a whole. He regarded the students as the future of tomorrow, stating that the entire society looks up to them. In the present age of competition, he stressed the necessity of having comprehensive knowledge to survive and succeed. Hard work was emphasized as the key to achieving success in life, and students were encouraged to pay special attention not only to their studies but also to sports and physical exercise.
Addressing the students, Chowdhury emphasized the importance of respecting the elders in society and ensuring that parents are not neglected in their old age. He encouraged the students to become well-rounded individuals, emphasizing that establishing oneself in life requires hard work and a long journey. The minister advised against limiting one's goals to becoming just a doctor or an engineer, urging the students to explore their talents and strive for excellence in their chosen fields.
Chowdhury acknowledged the inherent talent in all students and highlighted the significance of hard work in unveiling that talent. He encouraged the students to maintain their morale and keep trying even if they do not succeed at first. He urged them to orient their thinking towards life, overcome challenges, and establish themselves as good citizens in society.
Highlighting the responsibility of every citizen to contribute to a transparent society, Chowdhury emphasized the need for proper observance. He praised the meritorious students for bringing glory to their parents, schools, and the entire region. He acknowledged their struggles and achievements in overcoming obstacles, expressing his desire to celebrate their accomplishments and share in their happiness. As part of the ceremony, the minister presented certificates, bouquets of flowers, diaries, and pens to congratulate the students on their successful completion of the higher secondary examination.
Chowdhury firmly believed that the students honored in the ceremony would make a solemn commitment to pursue higher education with new hope and serve the country and the state as enlightened individuals. He expressed his confidence that, in addition to academics, they would excel in sports and become well-rounded individuals. The minister urged the students to always remember and appreciate the contributions of their teachers and the people who supported their education and achievements.
