Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Saturday paid a visit to the construction site of new Tripura Bhawan in New Delhi and asked the officials and engineers of the CPWD to maintain quality of the construction work and ensure modern facilities in the building.
Land in Dwarka Sector-17 in New Delhi was allotted for the construction of the Tripura Bhawan. The Delhi Development Authority handed over 2,930 square meters of land for the construction of the new Tripura Bhavan in Dwarka. CPWD will construct this building.
Officials of Tripura Bhavan, New Delhi and CPWD engineers were present with the Chief Minister during the land inspection at Dwarka.
Moreover, Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today discussed the construction of a separate multi-storied building in the empty space of Tripura Bhawan complex on Tikendrajit Marg with Tripura Bhawan officials and engineers of CPWD and emphasized on the speedy commencement of the construction of the building.
