The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who arrived here at Agartala on Monday to inaugurate the newly built Siddheswari Temple at Barkathal, under Mohanpur subdivision in West Tripura district, said that Tripura is progressing fast under the double-engine government.
As a result of the sincere efforts of the Tripura government, a favorable environment for development has been created here in Tripura, Yogi Adityanath said, adding that to maintain it, the people should also extend their hand of cooperation to the Tripura government.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha along with Lok Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb, Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee, Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Minister Bikash debbarma, Minister Sukla Charan Noatia, TIPRA Motha chief and Tripura’s royal scion Pradyot Kishore Deb Burman, head of Shanti Kali Ashram Maharaja Chittaranjan Debbarma and others were pre4sent in the inauguration ceremony.
In his inaugural address, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister said that the Sanatan Dharma teaches respect for all religions. Sanatana religion followers should protect their own religion while respecting other religions, he added.
“The country is progressing today due to the determination and visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Tripura too is currently amicable and peaceful with the sincere efforts of the state government for overall development,” he said.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha in his address to the gathering in the inaugural function, said that the construction of Siddheswari Temple was possible due to the divine blessings of Shanti Kali and the sincere efforts of the spiritual leader Chittaranjan Maharaj.
