Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra initiated with mobile awareness vehicles across various districts of the state and the entire country was launched today.

Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Prof. Satyapal Singh Baghel attended the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra event at Kailashahar in Unakoti district today.
Inaugurating the mobile awareness vehicle the Union Minister stated that the country is progressing rapidly in all areas under the current Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He expressed confidence that by 2047, India will emerge as a strong nation across various sectors including the economic domain and be at the forefront globally.
Prof. Baghel inaugurated the field-level camp in the second phase of Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and Good Governance in Every House at Srirampur Suryamani Memorial Class XII School grounds in Kailashahar.
The Union Minister administered the pledge to the citizens present, emphasizing the goal of building a self-reliant and developed India. He highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's launch of the world's largest health insurance scheme Ayushman Bharat which provides free medical treatment to the underprivileged. Various schemes including bank loan sanctions under PMEGP and Pradhan Mantri Matsya Samada Yojana were also provided to the beneficiaries on this occasion.

The Minister visited the Primary Health Center (PHC) at Fatikroy in Kumarghat sub-division inspecting its infrastructure and services. He engaged in discussions with doctors, health workers and patients during the visit accompanied by Minister of Social Welfare and Social Education Department Tinku Roy, Minister of Animal Resource Development Department Sudhangshu Das and others. Additionally, Professor Baghel inaugurated the newly constructed kitchen of a beneficiary under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and visited several fair shops in Kailashahar.
