Rajib Bhattacharya, the president of Pradesh BJP, expressed confidence on Monday about the party's prospects in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Emphasizing the primary goal of securing victory in both Lok Sabha seats in Tripura, Bhattacharya highlighted the party's commitment to bolstering Prime Minister Narendra Modi's position in the 2024 elections.
During an organizational meeting at the Pradesh BJP office, Bhattacharya reiterated the party's proactive stance in preparation for the upcoming elections. Tripura, with its two Lok Sabha seats, namely East and West Tripura, is a crucial battleground for the BJP.
"With an eye on the Lok Sabha election, our Pradesh BJP remains consistently active. Our objective is to ensure Narendra Modi's re-election as the Prime Minister. In our state, where we have two Lok Sabha seats, our BJP candidates are poised for victory to strengthen Prime Minister Modi's leadership. To achieve this goal, we are conducting organizational meetings at various intervals," Bhattacharya affirmed.
He also highlighted recent initiatives, such as meetings with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and the commencement of the Gao Chalo Abhiyan (Go to the Villages Campaign).
"In addition to these efforts, today we are engaged in organizational meetings with different wings of the party," Bhattacharya added. The BJP's strategic approach and organizational outreach reflect its determination to secure electoral success in Tripura and contribute to the larger political landscape in the upcoming national elections.
